Refund policy

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

• If PHS cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer their registration to a future course date.

• PHS is not responsible for travel/accommodation costs incurred by participants. 

• If the course does not reach the minimum number of participants, PHS reserves the right to cancel the course up to three (3) weeks prior to the course start date. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

• Cancellations more than 31 days prior to the course start will receive a full refund 

• Cancellations between 20-30 days prior to the course start will receive a 50% refund

• Cancellations less than 20 days prior to the course start: no refunds, 50% of course fee can be applied towards the same course in the future. 

EU Residents:

Customers located in the European Union may have a right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions. To exercise your EU withdrawal right, please use our online withdrawal form:

Once your withdrawal is submitted, PHS will determine any refund due based on the applicable withdrawal terms, including any services or course content already provided.
